Cancellation Policy

Here at The Colour Shak, we get you. We understand that life can be a real pain at times and that now and then, things don’t always go to plan. That’s why we love being flexible for you and with you so that if you need to change or cancel an appointment, you ABSOLUTELY can!

To make life SUPER easy for both you and us, we love to remain flexible while still having a few policies to ensure smooth sailing for everyone. We are continually grateful for your support for our business – our priority is to provide the utmost professional service to you every time so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your appointment.

We offer appointment confirmations via text and email leading to your appointment, which you will receive 7 days, 4 days, and a phone call 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you have not confirmed 48 hours prior to your appointment, it may be cancelled. Please note that this is an automated system and cannot receive responses or personal messages.

All NO-SHOW clients and cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment may be charged up to 100% of their hair appointment value and may have to pre pay services for future appointments. Rescheduling an appointment after 72 hours will also result in a rescheduling fee. Fees and Charges will be up to management’s discretion.

If you’re running late, we get that! We’ll try our very best to work around it. However, we do run by appointment, and therefore late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be unable to be serviced if it will affect other clients’ bookings. If so, the cancellation policy will apply.

We use our discretion, meaning NO-SHOW and or late cancellation clients may be required to pay a full deposit for future appointments. If there are numerous NO-SHOWS or last-minute cancellations, we may refuse any future bookings at The Colour Shak.
