Hannah saved me!! After falling victim to a hair massacre at another salon both with my colour and cut I was recommended the Colour Shak and what an awesome recommendation it was. After suffering at the hands of someone who should not be a hair dresser I was nervous but Hannah put me at complete ease. She is knowledgeable, talented and damn good at what she does. I can't wait to go back for my colour to be done. The salon is beautiful too. What a find. I'm stoked.

I had another amazing experience at the Color Shak today. I felt so spoilt and so well looked after by all the lovely ladies. I am in love with my colour and cut and I can’t wait until my next appointment. The price was extremely reasonable especially for the very high level of service and care I received. Also had an amazing head massage from the youngest apprentice. I’m so lucky to have this fabulous salon in my area.

Amazing salon!!! Hannah thinned/restyled my hair and was incredibly personable, and watching her work and take her time with my hair was definitely not something I’ve encountered much in the past from other hairdressers. When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts. Hannah is helping me through a very bad razor haircut which I had done elsewhere, we're almost at the end. She gives great advice and listens to what I want and doesn't take off anymore that I want. Very happy!
