New hair! Absolutely loved my visit today to The Colour Shak’s beautiful new salon in Redland Bay. I'm a huge fan for over 4 years but their new salon is next level! Spacious, set in a lovely and relaxing yet professional atmosphere. The basin area is AMAZiNG - private from the work stations that you feel like you’re in a separate treatment room away from the buzz..New addition of hand scrub for colour packages is a lovely, unique touch. Highly recommend to all of my local friends!

If you want to feel like a Queen and feel like a million $$$$$ then go see Tia and Mel at The Colour Shak Redland Bay. You won’t just get the best treatment you have ever had but you have loads of laughs as well. The Colour Shak is a bright vibrant busy Salon and there are many services there too. Don’t walk past without popping in, you will be so glad you did.

I modeled for nanoplasty today and the entire experience was the best I've ever had at a salon. Same beautiful hairstylist the entire way through which was amazing. Beautiful other ladies popping over to say hello and to ask if drinks need topping up. Now i went with my 8 week old baby and was expecting a terrible time and stares from clients if I couldn't keep her quiet. This procedure takes 3.5-4hrs and I've never had her in one place for that long. Well for 1 she was actually very well behaved and wanted to watch everything, but I also had some helping hands from one of the lovely stylists who would hold bub while i was having my hair washed out...a small gesture but huge for me to have some alone time. The salon was extremely clean and light and airy and you could tell staff morale was high. A lovely experience and I'll definitely be back.

When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts. Very happy with colour and cut. Hannah really knows what she's doing. I feel like a new woman. The soothing head massage with eye pillow and peaceful background music at the comfy basin was so blissful.

Eliza has been doing my hair since she owned her own salon. Have always followed her wherever possible to salons she works in. She is a one in a million hairdresser that when you find them you just know it and also knkw you will be looked after with ideas etc... Well tonight she excelled anything that she has done before. I became the centre of attention for all the staff and clients to see the end result of the colour and it turned out to be the best yet of any colourings that I have had done. Thank you Eliza for my hair and to Kai for the waxing. 11 out of 10 Eliza and you should be so proud. I wished I had taken a pic of your face when you showed me the finished result and how stoked and speechless (in an awesome way)I was. Will never stop going to the Colour Shak as even the other stylists treat you like you have known them forever and they make you feel welcome and at home.
