As our way of giving back to our community, we are proud sponsors of Rep basketball under 12’s Red City Roar, and we provide opportunities for our youth through school-based apprenticeships.
We are also affiliated with Hair Aid, a not for profit organisation who cut hair for the homeless, and travel to third world countries to train at-risk women and men to cut hair so they can support their families.

Today I was one of the models for the new nanoplasty all natural chemical free hair straightening. I had the beautiful apprentice Mia, a young aspiring hairdresser at The Colour Shak. Owner Kim has always had the most talented stylist and Mia is definitely going to be one of her stars. I have Shirley Temple curls along with it also being bleach. I walked out with straight, soft and untouched colour hair today. Mia has beautiful customer service skills, a lovely personality and such potential to go so far in her career. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hannah saved me!! After falling victim to a hair massacre at another salon both with my colour and cut I was recommended the Colour Shak and what an awesome recommendation it was. After suffering at the hands of someone who should not be a hair dresser I was nervous but Hannah put me at complete ease. She is knowledgeable, talented and damn good at what she does.
