What a luxurious experience! Beautiful salon and wonderful outcome as I came in looking drab and came out looking and feeling utterly transformed. Lucy has done a fabulous job and I love my new colour not a grey in sight! She has also done an amazing job in blow drying and styling my hair. Feeling like a million dollars….thank you Lucy!

Monique gave my hair an amazing transformation. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me find a solution, which is exactly what I wanted. Monique also suggested a few tweaks that made the style even better. The salon had a warm and friendly vibe. I left feeling happy and confident, and am looking forward to my next appointment.😀

Hannah did such an amazing job on my hair, I've finally acheived the colour I have wanted for so long. Hannah is incredible at what she does and I could not be happier with the results she achieved, and my hair is so soft! 100% recommend the Colour Shak!

I modeled for nanoplasty today and the entire experience was the best I've ever had at a salon. Same beautiful hairstylist the entire way through which was amazing. Beautiful other ladies popping over to say hello and to ask if drinks need topping up. Now i went with my 8 week old baby and was expecting a terrible time and stares from clients if I couldn't keep her quiet. This procedure takes 3.5-4hrs and I've never had her in one place for that long. Well for 1 she was actually very well behaved and wanted to watch everything, but I also had some helping hands from one of the lovely stylists who would hold bub while i was having my hair washed out...a small gesture but huge for me to have some alone time. The salon was extremely clean and light and airy and you could tell staff morale was high. A lovely experience and I'll definitely be back.

Hannah has Hannah has the hands of a true magician!!!! I had the most amazing day having the most pampered, luxurious hair appointment. From the colour, cut and style EVERYTHING and I mean everything was truly beautiful. I walked out feeling like a completely new woman. The staff are like friends you have known for years. The best and I absolutely mean the BEST EVER!!!!!

First time client at the Colour Shak today and it was the best experience I have had at a salon before. The ladies are all so friendly and welcoming as soon as you step inside the door. The salon has a very warm and welcoming vibe and is nicely spaced out with relaxing basins at the back including soft music and a peaceful atmosphere to fall asleep to while you have your rinse and head massage. I had Monique as my colour expert and she was absolutely fantastic. I was a tricky client as I have long hair that needed some serious rejuvenation and I had to bring my five month old which I thought was going to be a disaster. Nothing was a bother and Monique was so accommodating and friendly and has some serious talent with wielding her colouring expertise to make this middle aged, tired mother of two feel human again. And to top it all off, it was very, very reasonably priced and I left feeling amazing and without feeling guilty for spending too much on myself! Thanks ladies, The Colour Shak is a fabulous hair salon and the ladies are a true asset to the industry! xo

When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts. The salon experience was good the cut was nice I had a full head of foils on extremely thin hair more natural colour but after the first day out no one even recognised the change only 1 person saw it was short. The ends seem still alot lighter than the top and I feel for what was done on my hair cost me over $500 and doesn't really look any different. The excessive price for that salon ive never paid anything like that ever before. Sorry

I was very happy with my appointment today, every body was so nice and friendly. You felt like you had known them for ages. They just go that extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and have every thing you need. Definitely will be my one stop hairdresser from now on.
