My experience at The Colour Shak, was absolutely amazing! My new hairdresser!! I’ve known Hannah since school and I’m so glad I found her. The magic that she worked on my hair, I can not fault her in anything. They care about the health and condition of your hair and will not do things that will ruin your hair, instead they will work with you to achieve your desired hair goal. They seriously go above and beyond in their salon. All beautiful girls with bubbly personalities that shine bright, I loved the energy and atmosphere as well. 1000% RECOMMEND THE COLOUR SHAK! What a luxurious experience! Beautiful salon and wonderful outcome as I came in looking drab and came out looking and feeling utterly transformed. Lucy has done a fabulous job and I love my new colour not a grey in sight! She has also done an amazing job in blow drying and styling my hair. Feeling like a million dollars….thank you Lucy!

The whole experience was wonderful. The staff are experienced, friendly and happy to offer suggestions to achieve what you want. The salon itself is modern, spacious and relaxed. I am extremely happy with my style cut and colour and am looking forward to my return visit.

When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts. Tia is amazing , I’m made to feel really special every time I come in . I love how she works with my very fine hair to get the best style for my features . Such a talented professional. I always love my hair coming out of the salon One of my favourite experiences is the basin the music is so relaxing and I’m wrapped in a blanket with an eye mask I usually fall asleep .

So happy I found Mel at Colour Shak .. she is very knowledgeable and really listens to what you are after .. she absolutely nailed my hair colour and cut! Mel got it !!! Got the style I wanted an colour .. amazing experience thank you Mel !! You are amazing 🤩

First time visiting the Colour Shak today. All of the staff were amazing and made me feel very at ease. Monique and Crystal were absolutely amazing and I am so in love with my hair. Will definitely be returning soon ❤️

Tia gets my number one vote for my hair wash and scalp massage experience! I was left alone for a few restful minutes afterwards, wearing a hot towel and an eye mask, listening to relaxing music. My only thought was, ‘I hope I don’t snore!’.
