Hannah thinned/restyled my hair and was incredibly personable, and watching her work and take her time with my hair was definitely not something I’ve encountered much in the past from other hairdressers. Always love visiting The Colour Shak, everyone is always so welcoming and attentive. Hannah was great explaining the process of my transformation and how we are going to achieve my ultimate end goal. I always leave feeling relaxed and gorgeous after being pampered in the basin room with soothing music, gentle head massage and eye mask. But a highlight for me is my sneaky glass of wine and hand exfoliation treatment. Thanks girls!

Excellent service! I had a splendid day! They had so many extra touches to really make you feel special. They were professional and clearly communicated their plans and the whys/hows. I adore the results and it is so close to the reference photo.

When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts. I am so impressed with the Colour Shak. My hair was in a terrible state, due to an unusual experience by someone else. These ladies repaired my hair. It us now shiny and soft again. They are experts in what they do, and they are all lovely caring people. A great experience and all at a good price. Thank you so much Tai and team.
