Award-winning Hairdressing Salon

When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts. Hannah is a amazing hair stylist . So friendly and done a amazing job!!!! She went above and beyond duty. All the other ladies were absolutely Fabulous as well! My personal rating for all the staff is 1000/10. I felt like a million dollars after the appointment.

Very happy with colour and cut. Hannah really knows what she's doing. I feel like a new woman. The soothing head massage with eye pillow and peaceful background music at the comfy basin was so blissful.

Hannah saved me!! After falling victim to a hair massacre at another salon both with my colour and cut I was recommended the Colour Shak and what an awesome recommendation it was. After suffering at the hands of someone who should not be a hair dresser I was nervous but Hannah put me at complete ease. She is knowledgeable, talented and damn good at what she does. I can't wait to go back for my colour to be done. The salon is beautiful too. What a find. I'm stoked.

Mel is a bright and bubbly hairdresser, great conversation throughout the whole process while cutting my hair perfectly. My hair is a little more challenging and not many can give my hair the soft look that she has. Thanks Mel!
