Tia is amazing , I’m made to feel really special every time I come in . I love how she works with my very fine hair to get the best style for my features . Such a talented professional. I always love my hair coming out of the salon One of my favourite experiences is the basin the music is so relaxing and I’m wrapped in a blanket with an eye mask I usually fall asleep .

I went in to get 3 rows of wefts taken out and re-done! I got the lovely HANNAH and boy did she deliver! I had a terrible experience with the mob who initially put them in and Hannah was able to turn the matted mess into luscious locks! The atmosphere was friendly and all staff had a smile and were professional!! Highly recommend this salon

Today I was one of the models for the new nanoplasty all natural chemical free hair straightening. I had the beautiful apprentice Mia, a young aspiring hairdresser at The Colour Shak. Owner Kim has always had the most talented stylist and Mia is definitely going to be one of her stars. I have Shirley Temple curls along with it also being bleach. I walked out with straight, soft and untouched colour hair today. Mia has beautiful customer service skills, a lovely personality and such potential to go so far in her career. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend. Short notice appt for hair wash by Krystal in her apprentice yrs, relaxing head massage, wash and beautiful blow dry, very professional and attentive. What an uplifting space to be in, great vibe, happy customers and staff such a treat. It ended too soon! Thanks ladies.

Hannah thinned/restyled my hair and was incredibly personable, and watching her work and take her time with my hair was definitely not something I’ve encountered much in the past from other hairdressers. Ambience was amazing, and watching staff and clients interact with each other made this feel like such a warm space that everyone genuinely enjoys being in

I have recently come to Colour Shak after having a bad experience with another hairdresser where they over-processed my hair. Colour shak were able to fit me in very last minute and were able to repair the damage which I am so grateful for! Their professionalism and teamwork were amazing and I couldn’t recommend them more! When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts.
