Amazing experience during a 9hr colour correction. Eliza is amazing and listens to your needs whilst keeping you informed of the process step by step. My hair looks and feels amazing. All the staff at the salon are so welcoming and friendly. 💯 recommend The Colour Shak if you want your hair to look and feel amazing. No damage and no breakage, very happy!

Bella was very professional and friendly, I felt at ease with her from our first POC when I booked the appt in person with her. She was very easy to communicate with, she listened and explained the salons services and processes as it was my first visit. Although it's a quite a bit more expensive than what I like to pay, the salon seems high end with how you are treated and the hand scrub/treatment was a nice touch. Loved my foils and blow dry and very happy with the outcome. Have booked for a blow-dry next week for a wedding. Thank you🤗

When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts. Hannah is helping me through a very bad razor haircut which I had done elsewhere, we're almost at the end. She gives great advice and listens to what I want and doesn't take off anymore that I want. Very happy!
