The amazing Eliza managed to squeeze me in without an appointment. She did a fenominal job. I love my colour. Eliza knew exactly how to handle my hair type. Excellent service throughout the experience by all the staff and I was pampered all the way. Already rebooked!!!!

Bella is an absolute delight and I love the way she cuts my short hair. She’s friendly, professional and I always walk out feeling fabulous. The whole salon is an inviting and happy place, it’s a wonderful reflection on the caliber of the team.

Lucy’s scalp massage was the best! Tucked away in a quiet, dimly lit room, the basin experience was amazing and it felt like I was being pampered in a beauty salon. Thank you Colour Shak, I’ve already re-booked!

Hannah did such an amazing job on my hair, I've finally acheived the colour I have wanted for so long. Hannah is incredible at what she does and I could not be happier with the results she achieved, and my hair is so soft! 100% recommend the Colour Shak!

Tia gets my number one vote for my hair wash and scalp massage experience! I was left alone for a few restful minutes afterwards, wearing a hot towel and an eye mask, listening to relaxing music. My only thought was, ‘I hope I don’t snore!’.

Kim is an incredible hairdresser, her attention to detail and skills are second to none! I am loving the new salon space & feel, and since the adjustments have been made to the basin & chair position, even getting a rinse is easy (no more sore neck or awkard head position)... hands down the best salon I have ever been to!

Was a pleasure to come into the salon for the first time today. I could tell I was in good hands from the outset. The basin experience was so relaxing - who could be disappointed with a blissful head massage, eye pillow, hot towel and relaxation music! The hand scrub and moisturiser was another lovely surprise and smelt divine! Very happy with outcome and my brassy hair is now nicely toned!

When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts. Couldn’t be happier with my hair, service and studio, all staff were a delight to be around, a bunch of truly beautiful people. The studio was very clean and their chairs where very comfortable (even having charging ports in the chair you sit in to rinse your hair, also hands down the most comfortable chairs to have your rinsed in!) Shailey did my hair and was absolutely lovely she made me feel so comfortable, she was very professional and is extremely talented! She went to all measures to make sure I loved my hair, she offered multiple times to see if I needed a drink & they offered plenty of options. So inlove with with my hair & would definitely go back & recommend to family and friends! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a salon, the girl power and positivity really was so nice to have that energy around me! I left feeling so happy and pretty, again one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Easy to find Salon, helpful staff, end goal result! Beautiful environment, kind and genuine people!
