Hannah is helping me through a very bad razor haircut which I had done elsewhere, we're almost at the end. She gives great advice and listens to what I want and doesn't take off anymore that I want. Very happy!

I was very happy with my appointment today, every body was so nice and friendly. You felt like you had known them for ages. They just go that extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and have every thing you need. Definitely will be my one stop hairdresser from now on.

Very happy with colour and cut. Hannah really knows what she's doing. I feel like a new woman. The soothing head massage with eye pillow and peaceful background music at the comfy basin was so blissful.

I had another amazing experience at the Color Shak today. I felt so spoilt and so well looked after by all the lovely ladies. I am in love with my colour and cut and I can’t wait until my next appointment. The price was extremely reasonable especially for the very high level of service and care I received. Also had an amazing head massage from the youngest apprentice. I’m so lucky to have this fabulous salon in my area.

My experience at Colour Shak, a haircut, was pleasant enough. As a male I prefer not to go to barbers and the Colour Shak did a great job on my hair and the hairdresser was very pleasant and attentive. However I discovered later that I could have had a wash which was within the price but not mentioned. Then when I was charged, a few dollars was added to my bill. This was for the owners own beliefs in conservation and 'saving the planet'. I should be given a choice as the owners politics aren't necessarily shared by others.

Absolutely love my experience at the Colour Shak with Kim and the team. Always so welcoming. When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts. My experience at The Colour Shak, was absolutely amazing! My new hairdresser!! I’ve known Hannah since school and I’m so glad I found her. The magic that she worked on my hair, I can not fault her in anything. They care about the health and condition of your hair and will not do things that will ruin your hair, instead they will work with you to achieve your desired hair goal. They seriously go above and beyond in their salon. All beautiful girls with bubbly personalities that shine bright, I loved the energy and atmosphere as well. 1000% RECOMMEND THE COLOUR SHAK!
