Was a pleasure to come into the salon for the first time today. I could tell I was in good hands from the outset. The basin experience was so relaxing - who could be disappointed with a blissful head massage, eye pillow, hot towel and relaxation music! The hand scrub and moisturiser was another lovely surprise and smelt divine! Very happy with outcome and my brassy hair is now nicely toned!

I went in to get 3 rows of wefts taken out and re-done! I got the lovely HANNAH and boy did she deliver! I had a terrible experience with the mob who initially put them in and Hannah was able to turn the matted mess into luscious locks! Hannah has Hannah has the hands of a true magician!!!! I had the most amazing day having the most pampered, luxurious hair appointment. From the colour, cut and style EVERYTHING and I mean everything was truly beautiful. I walked out feeling like a completely new woman. The staff are like friends you have known for years. Always love visiting The Colour Shak, everyone is always so welcoming and attentive. Hannah was great explaining the process of my transformation and how we are going to achieve my ultimate end goal.
I always leave feeling relaxed and gorgeous after being pampered in the basin room with soothing music, gentle head massage and eye mask. But a highlight for me is my sneaky glass of wine and hand exfoliation treatment.

Kim is an incredible hairdresser, her attention to detail and skills are second to none! I am loving the new salon space & feel, and since the adjustments have been made to the basin & chair position, even getting a rinse is easy (no more sore neck or awkard head position)... hands down the best salon I have ever been to!
