I am very sad to right this review. Today I had to change my appointment due to a change in a delivery from bay island transport coming to 12.30 pm instead of the morning. I wasn't notified by bay island transport I called them at 8.30 to check everything was OK to find it wasn't. I am sure other island clients will understand. I said I could come after 4pm. I rang the colorshack as soon as they opened and even though I have been a regular client since they opened in redland bay they wanted to charge me a rescheduling fee to re-book of 35 aud. Needless to say I was very disappointed as the circumstances were beyond my control. So beware. Even though I regularly spend between 200 to 300 a visit my business was not valued I was advised by the manager that if I try to book there again this fee would be added to my bill.
Please note I have not cancelled or rescheduled before at short notice, plus I did tried to reschedule later in the day.

Very happy with colour and cut. Hannah really knows what she's doing. I feel like a new woman. The soothing head massage with eye pillow and peaceful background music at the comfy basin was so blissful.
I am so glad I found you again after almost 8 years since my last visit! The experience was just delightful in every way, I felt truly pampered and even dozed off at the wash basin I was so relaxed! I was made to feel very welcome and thank you Kim for an amazing job on my colour, I am so happy!
Mel is a bright and bubbly hairdresser, great conversation throughout the whole process while cutting my hair perfectly. My hair is a little more challenging and not many can give my hair the soft look that she has. Thanks Mel!

From the colour, cut and style EVERYTHING and I mean everything was truly beautiful. I walked out feeling like a completely new woman. The staff are like friends you have known for years.
