Amazing experience during a 9hr colour correction. Eliza is amazing and listens to your needs whilst keeping you informed of the process step by step. My hair looks and feels amazing. First time client at the Colour Shak today and it was the best experience I have had at a salon before. The ladies are all so friendly and welcoming as soon as you step inside the door. The salon has a very warm and welcoming vibe and is nicely spaced out with relaxing basins at the back including soft music and a peaceful atmosphere to fall asleep to while you have your rinse and head massage. I had Monique as my colour expert and she was absolutely fantastic. I was a tricky client as I have long hair that needed some serious rejuvenation and I had to bring my five month old which I thought was going to be a disaster. Nothing was a bother and Monique was so accommodating and friendly and has some serious talent with wielding her colouring expertise to make this middle aged, tired mother of two feel human again. And to top it all off, it was very, very reasonably priced and I left feeling amazing and without feeling guilty for spending too much on myself! Thanks ladies, The Colour Shak is a fabulous hair salon and the ladies are a true asset to the industry! xo
