Eliza has been doing my hair since she owned her own salon. Have always followed her wherever possible to salons she works in. She is a one in a million hairdresser that when you find them you just know it and also knkw you will be looked after with ideas etc... Well tonight she excelled anything that she has done before. I became the centre of attention for all the staff and clients to see the end result of the colour and it turned out to be the best yet of any colourings that I have had done. Thank you Eliza for my hair and to Kai for the waxing. 11 out of 10 Eliza and you should be so proud. I wished I had taken a pic of your face when you showed me the finished result and how stoked and speechless (in an awesome way)I was. Will never stop going to the Colour Shak as even the other stylists treat you like you have known them forever and they make you feel welcome and at home.

Monique gave my hair an amazing transformation. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me find a solution, which is exactly what I wanted. Monique also suggested a few tweaks that made the style even better. The salon had a warm and friendly vibe. I left feeling happy and confident, and am looking forward to my next appointment.😀

I had a nanoplasty hair service done today. Im absolutely blown away! My hair feels absolutely amazing and I have very thick, dry and curly hair. Now it’s as sleek and smooth as Jennifer Anistons hair in any decade. I’ll definitely be back and they have a lifer client now. Sorry not sorry 🤣🤩

I am so glad I found you again after almost 8 years since my last visit! The experience was just delightful in every way, I felt truly pampered and even dozed off at the wash basin I was so relaxed! I was made to feel very welcome and thank you Kim for an amazing job on my colour, I am so happy!

When I went into enquire and book my appointment, I was greeted by the lovely Mel, who had such energy, I knew I was at the right hairdresser. I have never had such a warm welcome before from a hairdresser. On the day of my appointment, the lovely Mel came over to me and made me feel so welcomed, like we were old friends. She took me through the process of my new hair style very thoroughly and then led me to have my hair washed. That was an amazing experience in its self, I was so captivated and immersed in the calmness of it all, at how beautifully the young lady washed and massaged my scalp. I didn't expect the whole low lights and mystical music as well, along with the ergonomic reclining chair, that's what I call pampering! Next I was in the hands of lovely Mel, who then slowly, while exchanging conversation with me with great enthusiasm, changed my hair style and brought new life to my hair. I am pleased with my new hair style, which I believe will be easy to look after, and will be back for more great customer service, pampering and great attention to detail when I comes to haircuts. I was very happy with my appointment today, every body was so nice and friendly. You felt like you had known them for ages. They just go that extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and have every thing you need. Definitely will be my one stop hairdresser from now on.
